These general terms and conditions apply to all commercial transactions carried out on our website www.seymonautica.com (hereinafter SEYMO)

If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and a customer has made a purchase decision based on said error, SEYMO will inform the customer of said error and the customer will have the right to cancel their purchase without any cost on their part.

In the event that the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the customer will have the right to cancel their purchase without any cost on their part.

• No stipulation or modification made by the client may differ from those stipulated here if it has not been expressly accepted in advance and in writing by SEYMO.

Orders and prices

• Orders will include the prices published on the website at the time of placing the order. The prices charged to the Client will be those stipulated in the price list published on the website at the time of purchase.
• The estimates for items or services made at the request of the client for products that do not appear on the SEYMO web price list will be invoiced according to the price stipulated by SEYMO prior to the estimate to the client. The commercial proposal and the conditions of both shipping, return, payment, etc. will be specific to each case.
• The prices appearing on SEYMO are all VAT included and do not include shipping, installation, etc. costs.
• SEYMO reserves the right to modify the price of the items in accordance with market conditions on the date of delivery without prior notice.
• The deposits delivered on account of products made to order will not be returned to the customer in the event of cancellation of the order by the customer or failure to collect the order at our facilities for a period of more than one month.
• SEYMO may make partial shipments of the orders placed, without applying additional shipping costs on partial deliveries to the customer. Only partial shipments made by SEYMO will be exempt from additional costs in the cost of transport.
